Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled
  • 3 tablespoons chimichurri plus more for serving
  • metal grilling skewers or bamboo skewers soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp in chimichurri. Marinate at least 30 minutes, preferably one hour.
  2. Thread shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers. Preheat your broiler. Broil 3 minutes, carefully turn, then broil 3 minutes on the second side. Serve with more chimichurri.
